We really enjoyed staying here. The room was spotless and comfortable, with nice beds and clean bathrooms that had hot water and good pressure. The whole place is tastefully decorated, and there’s a kitchen, washing machine, and lovely pool. Kim was the highlight. She was so friendly and helped us with travel advice, tickets, transport, cooking a special meal, and anything else that came up. She made us feel like family, and all the staff were welcoming too. We couldn’t have been happier. It’s a relaxed spot near the rice fields, but only about six minutes from the city by Grab. Restaurants and mini marts are close by. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a quieter stay.

We spent six days at Kim’s place, and it felt just like home. Getting around was easy, with free bikes whenever we wanted them. The ride to either the beach or the city center took about ten minutes, and we got to pass local neighborhoods and pretty rice fields along the way. The service was amazing, and breakfast was included and really good. We had such a perfect stay, and I can only say good things about it. Definitely recommend!

Kim and Thuy are the nicest hosts and really look after you. Breakfast is made fresh to order each morning, with delicious fruit, and the internet is solid. The location sits between the beach and old town, with plenty of restaurants nearby. For what it costs, this place is an absolute gem.

We liked it so much that we added one more night. Everyone was super nice, and breakfast, which was included, was really good. They have bikes you can use for free, or it’s easy to rent a scooter. Thanks so much for being so kind. We’ll definitely come back when we’re in Hoi an ☺️🙏🏼

We spent seven days here and loved the location. The free bikes made it easy to ride to town, the beach, and the paddy fields. Our room was just right, with a little nook overlooking the road where we could sit. Kim is a fantastic host, always friendly and smiling. She runs the restaurant too, and cooks really well. There’s a big choice at breakfast, and she was happy to make vegetarian food. She even surprised me with a birthday cake, which was so thoughtful. It’s great staying somewhere run by such capable women. Highly recommended, and thank you, ladies! 🙏🙏🙏
