The terrace was a highlight, with lovely scenery and a great breeze. I even posted a video to show the view. Blue Sun Hotel is right by the beach, with lots of seafood restaurants close at hand. We stayed three days and two nights, and the price felt like good value. Breakfast and snacks were included, and breakfast had an impressive range. Staff were friendly, attentive, and listened to what we needed. There isn’t a formal tipping culture here, though you can leave something if you feel the service deserves it. One small downside: after 10:00 PM, some nearby hotels seemed to offer adult services, and Grab drivers often approached us on walks to ask if we were interested. They didn’t hassle or pressure us, and left right away when we said no. There was plenty to do within walking distance, and we had a great stay in the neighborhood.

We’ve stayed in six hotels on this trip, and BlueSun Hotel was the best. The staff stood out most: they were genuine and kind, and Luna, Ellie, and Lua patiently answered our questions and shared great local tips. At arrival, we were greeted with smiles, had help with our luggage, and got through check-in easily, with refreshing tea. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with beautiful views. The rooftop on the 17th floor had stunning panoramas. We also enjoyed the high-quality breakfast buffet and afternoon high tea. We can’t recommend it enough.

After a tiring day out in Da Nang, this hotel was very comfortable to come back to, and the room was extremely clean. The restaurant served a good variety of appetizing food, and everyone, from the front door and reception to the restaurant, was friendly. Ms. Ellie, Ms. Luna, and Ms. Veronica at reception were especially warm and easy to deal with. Mr. Peter, the bellman and doorman, was always smiling and ready to help. Blue Sun Hotel Da Nang and its staff get my highest rating for service.

We got a very reasonable price that included breakfast with plenty of choices and a one-way airport transfer. Duy Đức met us early in the morning and drove us safely to the hotel. Julia was quick to reply to my emails, and Kelvin and the rest of the staff took great care of my family. We stayed in an Ocean View King Suite with a balcony. The view was priceless, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. Both the regular bed and extra bed were so comfortable we wanted to stay in and relax. The hotel is right by the beach and beside a famous seafood restaurant. I wish we’d stayed longer, and I’ll choose BlueSun Hotel again if I return to Da Nang.

BlueSun gave me a warm welcome from the moment I arrived. Hotel manager Minh deserves special thanks for her professionalism and kindness, which made my stay memorable. Her drive in life gave me a motivating experience of the city. Staff paid close attention to detail and went above and beyond with their hospitality, whether helping with a last-minute request or making sure I had what I needed for a comfortable visit. Please pass on my thanks to the whole team. I’ll recommend the hotel to friends and family, and hope to stay again soon.
