We'd stay here again. Anh was a huge help, and her food recommendations were great. The location is excellent, just 88 steps from An Bang beach, with restaurants and cafes right outside and shops only a couple hundred metres away. The house sleeps 8. Every bedroom and the living room have air conditioning and ceiling fans. The stairwell can get quite hot, so it's best to keep the doors shut. A taxi, or Grab, into Old Ancient Hoi An town costs only a few dollars.

Lynh was a great host, really helpful with local knowledge, and the service was great. We'd definitely stay again on our next Hoi An visit. The villa worked well for our group of 7 and had everything we needed. The rooms were all good, though the top, fourth bedroom has no door and is probably better for kids. It's in a fantastic spot, literally 88 steps from An Bạn beach.

Being right by the sea makes this a great summer getaway, especially if you haven't found your ideal place yet. The beach is so close that you can just walk over, which makes for a lovely summer stay.
