Rosie Villa Hoi An

The location was great, tucked into a quiet spot but still within a 15 minute walk of ancient town, with restaurants, mini-marts, and spas nearby. Our stay felt like home, and we both slept so well. The host was attentive and quick to respond, arranged an easy transfer from Da Nang, and check-in was simple too. We were really pleased with the space: the bedrooms and bathrooms were very specious, with lovely decor and ambiance. Bikes were included. We only got to use the clean pool once because of the rain, but it was refreshing. Definitely recommend!

Rosie Hoi A Villa worked perfectly for four adults. Thuy was incredibly helpful and replied to WhatsApp messages within minutes. The villa was well equipped, and the plunge pool was a nice extra. The bikes were a little run down, but otherwise everything was great.

The little details made it easy to settle in, and I ended up spending most of my time at the villa. I’d sit in the sun with coffee and feel like there was no reason to go anywhere. When I did want to head out, Hoi An’s old town was still an option. The mornings were lovely, with birdsong, light through the curtains, and the koi pond just outside. There’s a private pool, and breakfast can be served right in it. I also loved the bathtub in front of the bed. It’s a bold touch that makes the room feel like a retreat. Staying at Rosie Villa felt like a dream I didn’t want to wake up from.

Thuy made a real difference to our stay. She looked after our needs, offered useful ideas for things to see and do nearby, and was always available when we needed help. The villa’s outdoor space was lovely for relaxing, and the infinity pool looked out over the ocean. Inside, the modern design and amenities made it a comfortable place to stay. It’s also near local attractions, restaurants, and the old town. Rosie Villa was beautiful and went beyond what I expected. I’d happily recommend it to someone looking for a luxurious getaway.
