After a long flight we arrived after hours, exhausted and with all our belongings scattered around. A gentleman asked if we'd booked, then brought someone else over to help us check in. Seeing all our luggage, they offered to switch us to a more convenient room, and we were grateful. The rooms were clean and very nice. The next day we went on a trip and accidentally left cash on the table. When we returned, the front desk lady told us housekeeping had found it and set it aside. She gave us the exact amount we'd left. They could have taken it, but they didn't, and we were so thankful. We also asked about train tickets. She asked where we were going and offered to get them for us if we gave her the money. She showed us the price in advance, and we checked it ourselves before asking her to go ahead. When we gave her a tip afterward, she asked what a tip was and said they'd done it as a free service. She returned the money. I hadn't realized people in Vietnam weren't used to tips. I left it on the counter anyway. They also did our laundry, picking up our clothes and bringing them back a few hours later, fresh and neatly folded. They refused another tip until we explained it was our custom. The trust and warmth made the place feel like home. They give honest answers and recommend good options when you ask. This is a mom and pop shop, and I prefer supporting local small businesses over big corporations. We were so pleased with the service and hospitality that we decided to come back. I wish the United States offered this kind of service. Five stars, and I'd give ten if I could. I highly recommend staying here.

Best hotel we've had so far in Vietnam. It was modern, really clean, and had good facilities. The staff were so friendly, and even brought back something we'd forgotten in our room. 10/10.

The hosts were really friendly, and the location worked well for getting to the train station, about a seven-minute walk. Our room was spacious, the beds were comfy, and there was a kitchen for cooking.

We loved staying here. The room was fantastic, with a comfy bed, spotless bathroom, and an amazing shower. The balcony was a nice extra, and the airport is very close.
