Lock up your things. We stayed two nights, and someone entered our room without permission: the shampoo and shower gel container in the bathroom was gone when we returned from Hoi An, even though we hadn't requested cleaning. We paid 250,000 vnd for a fifth-floor room with a beach view, but the view was blocked by construction next door. Since there was no elevator to the fifth floor and our luggage was heavy, we had to move to the fourth floor. The room was uncomfortable, but they didn't lower the price. Laundry was another rip-off. A service you find online will pick up and deliver the clothes the next day; the hotel charged us 40,000 vnd per kg, double the 20,000 vnd price outside. I'd heard Da Nang people were honest, but this experience changed my impression.

The staff were enthusiastic, and the hotel was clean and affordable. The beach is only a five-minute walk away, with plenty of amenities in the surrounding area.
