Azure Hotel Danang

Apart from the window view, if you're lucky with the apartment's location, there's nothing to recommend here. Azura is disorganized, with poorly trained reception staff who show their irritation and bad attitude toward guests. They schedule repair work whenever they want, without warning, and cut the internet wires at night. Notices in the elevator say there'll be no internet for two days. Since the work fell on a weekend, that meant four days without internet or work. Cellular internet still leaves much to be desired. The place is noisy, with poor soundproofing and bad electrical and water wiring. Everything creaks, makes noise, and rattles. The corridors and elevators are horribly stuffy, with no ventilation. Under no circumstances should you stay at Azura during holidays. They set up extra stages downstairs and turn the sound all the way up. After talking with some Azura residents, I learned they have to rent another hotel room to get a good night's sleep. Children cry from the noise, and you can hear everything in the apartments. Azzura isn't an upscale hotel at all, despite what it claims. It's a terrible place, and the accommodation prices are clearly too high. Don't waste your precious time and money here.
