At first the room looked gorgeous and had everything I needed, but that impression didn’t last once I checked it properly. The AC worked, but was set so low that I couldn’t feel it anywhere in the room. They fixed it after my second complaint. The towel on the washroom floor was dirty, as if someone had used it and it hadn’t been cleaned. I pulled out the bedside table to charge my phone and found dust and playing cards left by a previous guest. It looked like nobody had ever cleaned there. I wouldn’t call this a three-star place, more like two, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The room smelled of mildew as soon as I walked in, and the lobby smelled the same. It was dated and very unclean. The linens were stained, the washrooms were filthy, and the shower heads were covered in rust. My friend’s room had hair and mold growing in the bathtub, and there was a cockroach running across the bed. Highly recommend finding somewhere else. Stay away!

The buffet didn't offer much variety, and when I arrived there were used sanitary products in the bathroom bin. The location is a plus, but that was about it for me. I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

The staff were lovely and spoke English, which made things easy. The hotel is also very close to the riverside and Han Market, under 100 meters away.

From the room, I had a romantic view of Han River. The staff were friendly, breakfast was good, and cleanliness gets a 10 from me. The location right in the heart of Da Nang City is great too.
