We eventually ended up at their third branch, Healing Beach Hotel, and that room was bigger, cleaner, and quiet, though the massage studio below can get pretty loud. The staff really did try to help us sort things out, and somehow it worked out in the end. First I got confirmation of our arrival time. A few minutes later, I received a message saying there was an air conditioning problem in our room, so we were moved to Zenta hotel. It was a big disappointment. The room wasn’t very clean and was incredibly loud because the windows wouldn’t close fully, so we got no sleep. The next day we tried to speak to the receptionist, which was difficult because she spoke no English. With Google Translate, we eventually understood each other and were transferred again.

This was the worst hotel booking experience of my life. The place was noisy and dirty, with ants and mold everywhere, and the service couldn’t help. There was a construction site, and a man was looking at me from my window. When I told them, they said to close the curtains and change in the bathroom. I paid extra for a room specifically to have a window, so why should I pay more if I’m told to keep the curtains closed and change in the bathroom? My friend had lots of ants in her room. An employee came in and simply brushed them off the bed with her hand.

I liked walking to the beach each morning, and the staff were polite and welcoming. The bed was soft, and the room temperature stayed comfortable. For the price, the facilities are good. It’s a budget-friendly place that doesn’t skimp on comfort.
