We were only there for one night, but had a great room and spent the evening on the rooftop terrace. It's BYO. There's an infinity pool too, though we only looked at it. Breakfast was very tasty, with nine Western and Vietnamese dishes to choose from a la carte.

The location was quiet, away from the Da Nang beach tourist area, but still close to what we needed. Tam at reception was awesome. Her English was good, which made things easy, and her friendly, can-do attitude made us feel welcome as soon as we entered the foyer. Trang was terrific at reception and in the restaurant too, always smiling and helpful.

The pool and the beach right in front of the hotel were the highlights. The property was amazing, with big, clean rooms and all the amenities provided. Breakfast was good too.

There was black mold in the bathroom, and the AC didn't work properly, so the room stayed extremely hot all night. I told the front desk, but they said they were fully booked and couldn't do anything.

We arrived quite early with our 2 year old, and the staff let us check in early and helped with all our requests. They really understand hospitality. The rooms were cozy, and the staff accommodating. The one thing to improve is breakfast. If you're vegetarian, bring your own or order on grab, since they only serve fruit, milk, and bread. We still enjoyed our stay.
