Hannah's House

We were really happy with our stay. The rooms were clean, with super comfortable beds and sheets, and the minibar had water, beer, and other drinks at really cheap prices. Our room was upgraded to a bigger one for free, and while we waited, the lovely staff brought us tea. They even showed us Hoi An on a map so we’d know where to go. The hotel is on a smaller street just a few minutes from the night market, so it’s central but completely quiet. Tip: pay in cash to avoid the 4% card fee. This applies anywhere in Hoi An. Be sure to eat at “pause and enjoy” on the parallel street.

The staff were enthusiastic, kind, and professional, and made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived. I’d happily stay again. The modern building and rooms were clean and beautifully maintained, with thoughtful, elegant decoration throughout.

The penthouse is great for a longer stay. There are indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, and the outdoor seating is just right for morning coffee. Through the back window, you get a great view of the river. The location is only a few minutes’ walk from the river and old town activities, yet the place is surprisingly quiet at night. Staff were very friendly and supportive, and suggested alternatives that worked with our tight schedule. I’d definitely stay here again next time.

We had such a lovely time in Hoi An and felt very welcome. Phuc was particularly attentive and friendly, and the rest of the staff were lovely too. We were sad to leave and hope to return soon.
