My favorite thing was the breakfast: banana and chocolate pancakes, noodles with vegetables, fried rice, Chicken Banh Mi, and Vietnamese coffee. The rooms were comfortable, cleaned every day, and had a huge locker. It’s a lovely, traditional, friendly family, and one of my favorite places in Hoi An and Vietnam. It’s only 2km to the old town and the beach, with a nice walk to either. Mister Ha, Lan, and the kids were amazingly friendly and helpful. They can arrange transport to attractions, buses to other places in Vietnam, and fast, secure laundry, including express service that gets clothes done in under 24 hours. Cars, motorcycles, and bicycles are available to rent, as are private driver services. Massage and spa services are available daily, and can be scheduled too. I loved meeting you guys 😀☺️. Super recommended.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the owners were so friendly. It really felt like they cared. The beds were super comfy, the showers clean, and the whole place had a calm, welcoming feel. I spent almost a week here and felt right at home. It’s such a peaceful spot to relax and get away from the big city noise. I’d happily come back and stay longer next time!

The balcony views and all the storage space were standouts, and it was so peaceful. I’ve stayed in a lot of places, and this is one of the best. Everything was extremely clean, with a spa, restaurant, and motorbike and bicycle rentals too. “Thủy” does an amazing job keeping the place spotless. The owner “Ha”, his wife, and their children are kind, generous people. Everyone was friendly, communicative, and eager to help. Highly recommended, especially for a longer stay. Thank you 🙏

We went to Bana Home to set up an airport ride, and the staff member who helped us was courteous and kind. The price was very reasonable, and the car arrived right on time at the Hotel. The trip to the Airport was smooth, with no problems.

It’s a peaceful place run by a lovely family. The old town is quite a walk, about 30 minutes, though you can get there by bicycle.
