The pool was clean and long enough for a proper swim, and the rest of the hotel facilities were clean too. Our room had a roomy, pleasant bathroom and was kept clean. We stayed a few nights with friends, and the staff were so friendly and polite. The reception team always tried their best to help, especially Esther, who was lovely. It’s outside the city in a resort area, but getting around by car was manageable.

Anna at reception made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. She was friendly and quick to help, and the rest of the team were just as warm and attentive throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well cared for, and the pool area was spotless. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good range and quality. We had a wonderful stay at Carinae Hotel in Da Nang City and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting.

The beach is close by with a buggy ride, while the city is a bit farther away. That suited us well for a peaceful, relaxing break, and packaged tours make the distance less of an issue. We really enjoyed the pool and restaurant, and our room was very good. The AC stayed pretty warm even when we had it on maximum all day and night, though that might have been because it was summer. Anna, Vu, and all the other staff were enthusiastic about helping with everything during our week there. Everyone was super nice. Thanks again, Carinae, we hope to return!

I spent 8 days at this lovely property in Da Nang and found the hospitality warm, with staff who were extremely cooperative. Esther, Sang, and Anna at reception were especially kind and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The whole team’s care toward guests deserves real appreciation. The pool was clear and the views were awesome, and breakfast was perfect. We only came to Carinae for one night because of a mix-up with our tour agent. The management provided a good room with what we needed for the night. Special thanks to manager Truc, who offered to help us get to our main hotel.
