Casa Rosa Apartment

The bed was comfortable, but the room was shabby and not very clean. There were scuffs on the walls, chipped tiles, moldy grout, and peeling paint. Don't look inside the microwave. The shower barely trickles, with no pressure. It feels like cheap student digs, and it is cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for. The damp smell never went away, even with the windows open, and the sofa was too damp to sit on. The balcony is right against a karaoke room, which blocks all the light and gets very loud in the evening. We were kept awake from 22:30 to 1:00, and could hear the singing even through earplugs. For the difference in quality, it's worth paying a bit more for somewhere nicer. We're glad to be staying elsewhere now, which is 90% nicer for 10 dollars extra.

It's a quiet apartment tucked in an alley, about five minutes from the beach. The room was very clean, with a kitchen and cooking facilities, and the staff were friendly and always willing to help. Good value for money, and I'd definitely come back.

My room was spacious and worked well for a long stay. Ruby and Camilla at the front desk were friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance or had something to resolve. Weekly cleaning was prompt and thorough, with fresh bedding. When the air conditioner had a minor issue, they fixed it quickly, and drinking water was brought whenever I needed it. I spent three months at Casa Rosa and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The location is ideal, and I'd recommend it for a short or long stay. I hope to return to Da Nang next January and will definitely stay there again.

The owner was friendly and quick to respond when something needed fixing. It's a nice apartment with a kitchen for anyone who wants to cook, tucked in a quiet alley less than ten minutes from the beach. I think the reception desk only works until 5 pm, so arrange things with the hotel if you'll arrive later.
