Once they'd taken my money, the receptionist's attitude changed. I had trouble with a delivery, and she kept waving me away, saying it wasn't her problem. She wouldn't call the shipper for me and kept lying about it. In the end I called the POLICE, and they had to explain the situation to the shipper. My luggage arrived an hour later. The receptionist couldn't even stop swiping through tiktok to help. The 14 year old boy was a better receptionist than that conceited woman. If she weren't a family member, she wouldn't have a job. At this price, ants and cockroaches are what you might expect, but I didn't expect the receptionist to act like a pest too.

A quiet, very clean hotel with a really friendly family staff. I absolutely recommend it.

The receptionist was nice, and it's near the beach. I expected a bit more, but it was acceptable, not bad.
