We had a stunning sea view from our room, which was also very clean and comfortable. The staff were polite, attentive, and friendly, and we could use bikes for free, which was awesome. Breakfast was amazing, with loads to choose from: fresh fruit, cereals, meats, and savory dishes. We looked forward to it every morning. We loved staying at The Grand Gold.

The staff helped us through a smooth check-in and were very approachable. Everything was kept neat and clean, and the complimentary breakfast was nice. The hotel is close to the beach and several other tourist spots.

We were really happy with our choice of hotel in Danang, Vietnam. The beautiful white sand beach is right across the road, and we swam with locals at 5am. The lounge and our room were clean, with ocean views. We enjoyed the traditional Vietnamese lunches so much that we finished everything, and dinner was really good too. We’d recommend this place to friends and family.

The manager wouldn’t talk with me, and my request for a refund or a different room wasn’t dealt with. The floor and floor mats were worn, and what I got didn’t match what was shown in the photos. They claim it’s a 4-star property, but I don’t understand how. This was the worst experience of my life. All Indian travelers should avoid booking here. Don’t waste your time, energy, or money. I wouldn’t give it a single star, my rating is negative.

We had a great stay, thank you. A couple of suggestions: one 350 ml bottle of water per person isn’t enough, and the AC controls could be upgraded to let guests use fan-only mode. All the best!
