Finding Dana Hotel & Apartment was a little confusing at first, but after we’d made it there once, getting around was fine. Check-in went smoothly, and I was glad they let me check out late at 12:00. I didn’t interact much with the staff, so I can’t really comment on that. The bathroom had good lighting, enough space by the sink for my toiletries, and plenty of trash bins. Water pressure was seriously strong, with reliable hot and cold water. The room also had a Smart TV, a fridge, and adequate UK-type electrical outlets. The bed was too firm for me, but I’d absolutely stay again. Good value for a quick trip.

The reception staff really made us feel welcome. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, and always ready with recommendations or assistance with small requests that made the stay easier. We spent a few days in this apartment in Da Nang and really loved it. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and conveniently located near everything we needed.

We stayed here for a month and didn’t have any issues. The accommodation is good for a fair price. I’d say to be friendly and respectful with the staff, and they’ll treat you the same way. Don’t believe the negative comments you see here.

After checking in, we found insect eggs on the walls and under the mattress. I went straight to the receptionist, who told me to contact Trip, com because he couldn’t do anything. In the end, customer support canceled our stay for us. Please just clean the rooms.

The place was dirty and didn’t look anything like the pictures. At checkout, they seemed ready to charge for every little thing. And the jackhammering woke me at 6 in the morning.
