Danang Beach Homestay

Reception is often empty and the door is locked, so you'd have to call to find out that they've given your room to someone else. I booked just an hour earlier. Don't choose this hotel.

We stayed here starting last year, and when we returned to Da Nang, choosing it again was an easy decision. Ms Van is kind, understanding, and helpful with every request. It's a good apartment in a quiet, peaceful spot. I'd absolutely recommend staying here for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation or time living in Da Nang.

I originally booked through Airb&b and ended up staying long term. The apartment has everything you need: a fridge, hob, basic cooking utensils, washing machine, air-con, balcony, and a really comfy bed. I love the location. The beach is a five-minute walk away, as are Section 30 and the main expat area. Local food, vegan food, coffee, and supermarkets are all just around the corner. The street is quiet and leafy. The landlady is the best part. She answers questions the same day and usually gets fixes done within 24 hours. During the rainy season I messaged to say I was cold at night, and when I got home that afternoon she'd brought a second duvet and a heater. She was quick and helpful when I needed a document for my work visa. She's friendly but gives you plenty of privacy. A great renting experience, highly recommend!

A nice, newly built homestay with its own toilet and kitchen. The place next door is under construction, though, so you'll hear noise starting at 730am every morning.
