Davue Hotel Da Nang

The location was the only positive for me. The whole hotel smelled terribly of mold, the rooms were dirty, and the linens and towels were old and worn. Also, some rooms have no window, so check carefully before booking.

I don't want to cause trouble for this place, but what I experienced was unacceptable. Cockroaches were coming out from the bed and headboard, behind the desk, in the shower, under the pillows, and even from inside the duvets, as the videos show. I'd be willing to remove this review if the hotel takes clear steps to properly fix the hygiene problem and make sure it doesn't happen again.

The staff were rude and unhelpful. They wouldn't change the sheets or anything else unless I kept asking. They also ruined my shirt in the laundry. The print was frayed, and there was a huge burned line from one end of the shirt to the other. When I showed the staff, the girl laughed and said, “That happens.” No apology at all. They didn't care that my property was ruined. It's a nasty little place for what they charge, and the employees were disrespectful. It felt like they only wanted my money and didn't care about me or my belongings. Avoid it and your holiday will be better.

The room was clean and the standard was okay, but the sea view we paid extra for was really more of a roof view. There were also two bottles of water and two cups of instant noodles in the room. With no price list, we assumed they were complimentary, then got charged 60k for the noodles at checkout. Please show guests clear prices.
