The pool, with its wonderful view, was one of the best parts of our four-night stay. We arrived early from the airport and were warmly welcomed. While our room was being prepared, the staff looked after our luggage and we could use the pool. The breakfast buffet had so many options, and the location worked perfectly for us, close to the beach, good restaurants, and other amenities while still feeling calm. Our room was comfortable and cleaned every day, with complimentary water. The staff made the stay unforgettable: they were always helpful and attentive to our needs, going above and beyond and making us feel like princesses. The complimentary tea and dried fruit were a nice touch too.

The hotel is across the road from the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, and coffee shops in a lively area. It’s clean and well equipped, with brilliant rooms, especially the ones with balconies. The breakfast lounge had plenty of food and drinks, and Pho was available all the time. Staff were welcoming, supportive, and helpful. The rooftop bar and swimming area are beautiful, with a brilliant view. I also paid for the third-party spa and massage twice, and both visits were great. This has to be the best hotel I’ve stayed at in all my travels. One bit of advice to Western visitors: smile and respect local customs. White Western women shouldn’t walk around naked, but should dress with some respect, since Vietnamese people place a lot of value on honor, a culture I come from too.

My room was on level 17, quiet at night, and had a window without a view, which I already knew when I booked. The room and bathroom were clean. The pool wasn’t deep and had a great beach view. Breakfast was amazing, and Jennifer helped us each morning with whatever we needed. Lots of places to eat nearby, and the location was very good.

Angela made our trip especially memorable. She helped arrange our getaways and city tours, gave spot-on recommendations, and was warm and helpful throughout. The hotel also had clean, comfortable, well-maintained rooms and excellent service. Its rooftop views were stunning, and the ambiance made the stay feel special. I had a wonderful time at Diamond Sea Hotel, Da Nang, and would highly recommend it for the location, views, and hospitality.

We paid $65 Canadian per day including VAT, which felt like fantastic value. The hotel is right in the middle of the hotel strip and literally a one-minute walk from the sea, where I swam every morning. The rooftop pool and bar were also lovely places to relax. We’ve stayed a week and are heading to Saigon tomorrow. Everything has been fantastic, from the location across from the sea and the food to, especially, all the staff. We’d highly recommend it and will definitely come back.
