The Dragon Bridge views were great. The room was okay, though it could use a little care. It had a fridge and washing machine, and both the TV and WiFi worked well. The shower did what it needed to. We could have used more kitchenware, but maybe they gave us less because we were only there for a few days. It could work for a longer stay too. It definitely did the job while we looked for another apartment.
The staff were friendly and attentive, which made the visit more enjoyable. From the comfortable room, we had a lovely, clear view of Dragon Bridge. The location was handy too, with the night market and bridge both just a five-minute walk away.
The towels they gave us were stained, and it seemed like they might not keep floor towels separate from bath towels. On top of that, the kitchen's wicker lamp gave off an incredibly foul, musty smell.
The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and we got a free upgrade to an apartment. We also loved the spectacular views and found the beds and pillows really comfortable. The night market was a five-minute walk away, with great local food nearby. We’ll definitely come back. Highly recommend.
A complete mess. They cancelled one person's booking, then told her daughter when she arrived that she had no room for the next day. On arrival, they also claimed we had no booking, even though they had confirmed it by email, and said they had never replied to our message about adjusting the reservation. None of the five of us stayed a single night. We moved to the Gemma Hotel. Don’t stay there.
