My room on Level 9 had a fantastic view, and the design was lovely and comfortable. It was so relaxing that I nearly stayed in instead of going out into the scorching Da Nang heat. Breakfast was decent, with a good range of food, and the staff were attentive and friendly. They often came over on their own when they noticed a guest might need help, which I appreciated. I booked through Trip.com at a promotional rate, so it was especially good value. The hotel has an elegant, luxurious feel. The one drawback was having the shower in the bathtub. It could be slippery and awkward, and without a proper screen, water splashed across the bathroom floor and made it difficult to keep dry. Still, that was a small issue compared with the stay as a whole, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

Staying at Estrella Boutique Hotel felt comfortable and pleasant, and as a solo woman traveler I felt safe the whole time. The staff were warm, helpful and always smiling. My Superior Double Room had plenty of space for one person. It was bright, clean, chilly, and always smelled lovely. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was great. There are lots of coffee shops and food stalls around, and My Khe Beach is just a short walk away. I loved my stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.

The only thing I’d change is the WhatsApp service. It’s a good idea, and I sent a few requests, but replies weren’t quick and the service didn’t seem to be used much. We stayed from April 13th to April 18th and had a wonderful time. The hotel is beautiful, the staff were fantastic, friendly and keen to help, and our immaculate room had a splendid view. The pool was superb, the spa relaxing, and breakfast was delicious every morning. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

The staff made the stay feel like a true 5-star experience. They checked on us whenever we passed through the lobby, helped bring our luggage from arrival until we left for transportation, and safely parked our moped inside each night instead of leaving it on the street. We spent 5 days and 4 nights at Estrella Boutique Hotel. It’s about a mile from My Khe Beach, in a popular, convenient area with plenty of local food and coffee shops within walking distance. For a boutique hotel, it had what we needed. We stayed on the 5th floor and used the rooftop infinity pool and well-equipped gym. Free breakfast was a nice bonus.
