Minh is a terrific landlord, always helpful when answering questions about where to find what we need. The apartment has clean, western-style bathroom accommodations and is near the beach. A great place to stay, and I highly recommend Minh Apartment.

The owner is amazing and helps with everything. The apartments are nice and comfortable, and the location is convenient. You're far enough from My An's building sites and crazy karaoke, but still close enough to go there whenever you want. There's a lovely rooftop with a great view, plus a nearby winmart, cozy cafes, and the beach.

The landlord was so friendly and helpful, and the apartment made our stay a great one. We also appreciated the free water and cable, plus housekeeping twice each week. We loved staying here.
