RedDoorz near Pho Co Ha Noi

The room situation was a mess, and the service afterward was just as disappointing. We booked a double and a twin, both non-smoking, but there was no twin available when we arrived. The rooms we were given smelled strongly of cigarettes, and it seemed someone had smoked in the corridors only a few hours earlier. We asked to switch and were told new rooms would be ready the following night. When we checked the next day, we were told those rooms had been taken by someone else. They clearly didn't care about our booking. We wanted a refund for the second night so we could leave and find another hotel, but they refused. The sheets were dirty, there was no hand soap or toilet paper, either. Very disappointing rooms and poor service.
