The staff were polite, helpful and doing their jobs well. We don't blame them for the hotel's condition. But during our seven-day stay we were uncomfortable, and the property looked much better in the photos than it did in person. In our opinion, it needs renovation and updated furniture. There was dust on the headboard and TV, and the towels and bedding had noticeable stains. The walls were badly worn and stained, while the furniture and doors were old and worn out. The shower drain seemed clogged, with water building up as we showered. Soundproofing was poor, so we could hear almost everything. The listed “deluxe double room with balcony” had an extremely narrow ledge, about 25 cm wide, where you couldn't even stand. If you can afford a little more, we'd suggest choosing a hotel with better conditions. This place might be fine for one night, but our seven-day stay wasn't pleasant.

There are eateries, coffee shops, and mini marts very close by. Dragon Bridge and Son Tra Market are about a 7-minute walk, while Han Market and the Pink Cathedral take around 20 minutes on foot. The hotel is convenient and very affordable. I got a city-view room and loved its feel. It wasn’t big, but it was clean and new. There’s a rooftop pool, and you can see Dragon Bridge from the hotel.

We stayed for a week and had no problems. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very good, just as other reviews said. The staff were helpful with bike rentals, tour bookings, and other details. Dragon Bridge is within walking distance. Vegan dining nearby is limited, though getting around by bike makes that manageable. Remember they only take cash, no cards. I’d happily recommend booking here.

The owner and staff were friendly and helpful, and the reception team got me checked in quickly when I arrived. I stayed for four nights in a third-floor room. There’s an elevator in the lobby for guests, the toilet was clean, and the shower had hot water. They also provided two complimentary bottles of drinking water each day. Halal Karim Food Restaurant is just a one-minute walk away. I’d stay here again.
