The restaurant staff are the best, and the location is great. But hotel and airB&B bookings are handled separately, so you pay an extra daily service charge to use the pool and gym. There isn’t a designated outdoor smoking area, and the smell often drifts around. The rooms don’t really suit a long stay since there are no drawers for clothes. The kitchens are poorly equipped, lame at best.

I’ve been living here long term, and things were OK until about a month ago. Since then, prices have risen and we spent nearly a month without internet. Construction has made it extremely noisy, and using the swimming pool now costs 10$/person each time. The parking might close very soon. Whole floors and areas are being privatized, so there’s no access to the gym, co-working space, or laundry. One elevator is out of service, leaving the other very slow to reach and always overcrowded. What on earth is going on?

I liked the flexible check-in most. I ended up booking a day at the hotel because my schedule changed suddenly, and until then I hadn’t known much about it. There weren’t many tourists around during my stay, perhaps because the hotel is aimed at a different kind of customer. I hope it finds a way to reach more people. The studio was spacious and nicely decorated. The staff were young and supportive, and the hotel itself is quite nice. Breakfast wasn’t very varied, but it tasted good and met the basics. One unsettling thing was how dark the corridor was. Also, the brand name is hard to see in daylight, and delivery drivers often can’t read or recognize it.
