Gia Phat Homestay

We spent 46 days with Nam, her husband, and their son, and we’re so glad we chose them. We took a chance by booking for such a long time upfront, but we don’t regret it at all. It was one of the best vacations of my life, and my family got to see for ourselves why the reviews were so positive. The house is lovely, nicely renovated, and has comfortable shared areas. Everything was sparkling clean, including the outdoor tiles, which were scrubbed with brushes. The linen was fresh and the cleaning thorough. Nam’s family were always kind, welcoming, and genuinely interested in their guests. They were easy to talk to, and Nam helped us rent a motorbike at a good price. She also helped us a lot in several personal situations. There’s a good beach about 500 meters away, plus plenty of restaurants, shops, and spas nearby. This part of Vietnam has lots of beautiful places to visit by taxi or motorbike. If you’re coming to the coastal area of Hoi An, I highly recommend staying with this family. The beach was only a five-minute walk away, and there were restaurants and a fantastic local café nearby. The homestay itself was very peaceful and exceptionally clean. I spent nine nights in a newly renovated room, and the owner was so kind and helpful that I felt right at home. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An.

For the price, it’s hard to believe how much is included: breakfast, bikes, and access to a private beach. The hosts were incredibly kind, helpful, and courteous, and the house was modern, lovely, well kept, and clean. From the first floor it has more of a hotel feel. I’d book again and again, it was my favorite homestay in Vietnam.
