Golden House Hotel

Friendly staff, good service, and an affordable price. The hotel is only about a three-minute walk from the beach.

Do not stay here. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work, and there are lots of cockroaches and mold.

We arrived at 3 p.m. for a room we’d booked for four, and the receptionist told us to wait because the previous guests had checked out late. She said we were too late. We calmly explained that the hotel should compensate us for the extra hours since the delay was its fault, and that check-in is at 2 o’clock under the law. The receptionist then had a bad attitude and cursed at us. She blamed us without trying to understand the customers. I’m very disappointed with the staff and the customer service.

There was no reception, and the Booking booking was handled indifferently. The air conditioner was no better than a fan. The room was small, dirty, and smelly. No one answered when I called about check-in or check-out, and the phone went unanswered too. I’ve never seen such a bad motel. The owner and staff get -5.
