Green Tea Homestay

The best part of our 11-day family holiday was how Bich, Linda, and the rest of the staff looked after us. There were three generations, from age 3 to 76, and they treated us like family, doing all they could to make us feel at home. They succeeded. We miss the place already. We were very lucky to pick Green Tea Villas in Hoi An. The facilities were perfect and well maintained, breakfast was fabulous, and the pool was just right for hot, humid days. We loved staying there and will definitely return if we come back to Vietnam. The two reception ladies were lovely, and there were free bikes with KIDS SEATS!!!! Lots of places don’t have the kids seats installed, so that’s a big plus. We only booked one night because I forgot to arrange an extra night elsewhere. The room was spacious, with two huge beds, and the air conditioning worked great. I don’t remember having any issues with it, unlike at other places where it’s loud or blows right into your face. My son was the only one who used the pool, and he really enjoyed it. The location is convenient. We had trouble getting a Grab when leaving, so pre-negotiate with a taxi driver if that happens. I liked that it was family-owned. Their little girl was running around, which gave the place a relaxed, cozy, family feel :)

Everyone was friendly and so attentive, and we felt really welcome here. We loved it. It has a lovely property, an amazing pool, good breakfast, and free bicycles. If you’re staying in Hoi An, this is the place!

The grounds are beautiful and feel incredibly homey, and the people are just as lovely. Linda was especially caring and genuinely interested in us and our travels. She always made time to suggest activities and experiences she thought we’d enjoy. From the moment we arrived, all the staff made us feel safe, welcome, and truly looked after. As a group of young women traveling together, we can’t recommend Green Tea Villa highly enough. It felt like staying with people who really had our best interests at heart. We’d return again and again. Until next time, we’ll absolutely be back.
