The rooms were clean, breakfast was tasty, and the staff were so helpful and kind. We had a great time here and would definitely recommend it. Having bikes available made it easy to get around hoi an. The woman we think owns the place was incredibly welcoming, then waved us off with snacks and water for the trip to our next stop.

The family really made this place feel like home. I arrived very early after a long trip from Hanoi, before my room was ready for the 2 pm check-in, but they let me shower and rest in another room. My room was clean and comfortable, and I could use the pool and bikes for free. I especially loved biking to the beach or old town instead of needing a Grab. I’d paid for six nights, then changed plans and went to Da Nang for the last night, and they refunded me. They were kind and ready to help whenever I needed anything.

The gardens are lovely, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was great too, especially the fruit platter. The rooms are spacious and bright, with a big, clean bathroom, which felt exceptional for the price. It’s in a nice area with lots of food nearby and close to the beach. Old town is about a 10-minute drive, so you’re away from the crowds. One of the nicest homestays I’ve experienced in SE Asia.

The grounds are green and cute, and the owner and everyone here are lovely. I’m really enjoying my stay at herbal tea villa! For me, this is the best place in Hoi An, and I’d definitely recommend it.

A good place to get away from the crowds and relax, while still being less than 3 km from Old town. The host is really friendly and accommodating, and having a restaurant and cafe on site is handy. They can arrange tours too, including the memories show, which you shouldn’t miss.
