Had a great stay. The private room was spacious, clean, and had a nice view, and the house itself was clean and roomy too. Beds were comfortable, and the owner is really friendly and relaxed. He's doing everything himself. There are restaurants around the corner, with laundry and smoothies across the street. You can borrow bikes for free, and it's a 10 minute ride to the beach or 5 minutes to the center. None of the old reviews made sense to me.

Hoi was such a lovely host, friendly and happy to chat about Vietnamese culture, which we really enjoyed. He also let us use the bikes for free. The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed. We stayed two nights and wished we could have stayed longer. Definitely a great choice if you're coming to Hoi An!

The two guys we dealt with were so helpful and polite, and staff were accommodating with all our questions and requests. There’s free bike rental, fairly priced laundry, and a mini fridge that was topped up regularly. I was really happy with our stay. The reviews I'd read don't do Hoàng Thu Homestay justice. I'd absolutely recommend it.

The new owner was still learning the job since management had only recently changed, but he was really nice and helpful. The place is well located, about a 10 minute walk to the city center, and they had free bikes too, though we chose to walk. Our room was very large, nicely finished, and clean. A really nice place in Hoi An.

Our host Flower made the stay special. She was kind and helped us with every issue, plus recommended good food, activities, and places to see. We felt welcome right from the start. Hoang Thu Homestay is in great shape, with tidy, pretty rooms, and the food tasted great. We had the best time and only wish we'd had more time to stay.
