Phoung at reception was very nice and helpful, and the housekeeping was thorough. The apartment was large and clean, apart from a few little ants. The bed felt too soft for me, and restaurants nearby played loud music with dancers late into the night, so the apartment could be noisy.

I spent 12 days at MK, then a month somewhere else, and wished I'd booked the whole stay here. The only drawback for me was that the kitchen utensils were too limited for a long stay. Otherwise, they paid attention to the details that make a place comfortable. The linens were top quality, the bed was very comfortable, and the water pressure and hot water were great. I also loved the sunsets and the river view at night. Phoung at reception is a delight. I'd stay again and highly recommend it.

After only one night, I checked out and moved to another hotel, even though I'd booked two nights. I chose this place because the price seemed reasonable and there were lots of positive reviews, but the stay was stressful and deeply uncomfortable. I usually don't post negative reviews, but I want others to be able to decide with the full picture. The property felt poorly maintained and run down, and didn't match the photos or the expectations set by the reviews. The old-feeling sheets and towels weren't clean. I spotted stains and dust in several places, which made the room feel unhygienic. Water also drained incredibly slowly from the sink and often got stuck. Please be cautious and keep your expectations in check if you're considering staying here. I genuinely think many of the positive reviews could be misleading.

We had a wonderful 28-day stay at MK Apartment. Sang cleaned our room spotlessly every day, and receptionist Phuong was friendly and efficient. Many thanks to the whole team 😊
