We arrived at night and the hostess welcomed us warmly, then showed us the rooms, kitchen, and pool. The rooms each had a big, comfortable bed with a beautiful view of the pool. The kitchen was great, with both a blender and a coffee maker.

The beach and Hoi An city were easy to reach on the free bikes available at the villa. Breakfast was excellent for the price, laundry was done quickly and cheaply, and the rooms were clean and beautiful. The pool was fantastic, and the lady running the place was extremely kind and helpful. We loved our two nights here and would have stayed longer if it hadn't already been booked out. It was the best experience of our whole Vietnam vacation so far. I'd definitely come back. Thanks for everything!

We rented the whole place for our family and loved the rooms, amenities, and hosts. The shower temperature went a bit hot and cold, but we still had a wonderful time. Thanks for looking after us. Choose the BBQ option where they cook for you.

We spent a lot of time enjoying the outdoor and pool area, which was absolutely perfect. The whole place is beautiful, and the photos don't do it justice. Phuc was a lovely host who answered our questions and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. I couldn't find a bad word to say about it. Thank you, Phuc. Highly recommend booking here for a trip to hoi an! The rooms were gorgeous, full of plants, and each had its own ensuite, TV, and balcony looking over either the pool or the river at the front. We didn't cook much, but old town was a 15 minute bike ride away, or we could easily order a meal on grab. The beach was about 10 minutes by bike. Free bicycles were provided, and riding around the village was so peaceful and nice.

We loved spending time in the beautiful garden and would happily have stayed longer. It's a real gem between the beach and city center. We could borrow a bike for free or rent a scooter when we went out. Phuc, the host, took excellent care of everything. Thanks so much, we'd highly recommend it!
