The location was great and the customer service excellent. My first room was on the 4th floor, but I explained that I have bad knees and, a few days later, they moved me to a lower floor, which I appreciated. Both rooms were somewhat clean and spacious. My third room had a balcony and was better than the first two. Some basic items were missing, including small hand towels and hand soap, though they did provide a toothbrush and mini toothpaste. The window roll curtain could use replacing because of mold, and the slippers looked worn. The towels didn't smell fresh, and the wifi was unreliable, especially in the evening. For a Grab car, use the address below since the street is too narrow for cars. Walk down the small alley and Dream City Hotel is on your left. The staff were very friendly, and breakfast was okay, served a la carte with 3 choices. We booked the Deluxe Double Room and stayed 4 nights at $30/night. It is rated a 2 Star hotel, which seems fair. For the price it was liveable for us, but anyone expecting more than a 2 star stay or who tends to complain might want to go elsewhere. If we returned to Hoi An, we'd try our luck at another place. It was okay, but...

I slept so well here during my stay in late 2024, and the staff were nice. I also had some really weird, lovely dreams about swimming in the ocean with a baby seal. I still miss that baby seal! ☺️ If I weren't such a coward, I wouldn't have to go back, but my bike is still with mr Hung and Hai, so you'll see me again!

The walk to old town is easy, and the location is quiet and good value. Breakfast was great!! Dream City staff were the friendliest people and made our stay feel really special.

The room and bathroom were great, and it was in a good location. Staff were kind and helpful. Wifi got spotty now and then, but I ended up extending my stay by a few days. Had a great time here.
