The owners were very friendly, and the place was really nice to stay at. Breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh fruit cocktail and omelette with fresh bread. They can also take care of your laundry at the hotel for a good price. We'd recommend it if you're after a quiet holiday, a swimming pool, and good value.

Having bicycles available was a big plus, and the breakfast each morning was beautiful. Everyone who worked there was super lovely, and my room was clean and spacious. So glad I found this place, I absolutely loved my stay!

Mr Ly & family helped me book everything I needed and made me feel like part of their family. After months on the road, that warm welcome meant a lot. Their guest house is 8 minutes by bike from the city center and 15 minutes from the beach, and free bikes are available, which was very convenient. Breakfast was phenomenal, with fresh bread and the best eggs I've ever had. I'd highly recommend staying here if you want to feel at home, looked after, and warmly welcomed.

The room WiFi went out for 24 hours, and there was dust and dirt under the beds. The air conditioning barely worked during the day and was almost nonexistent at night. I got no sleep at all.

The couple running the place spoke very good English and were super friendly. They offered me a bike or a ped to rent. The bed was a dream, the food was lovely, and it felt so nice coming back each evening. I stayed three nights, and it was the most relaxed, comfortable, and friendly stay I've had in south east Asia. If you want a laid-back stay in Hoi an, the private rooms are perfect.
