Phu at reception was a real standout, so attentive and kind, and always doing his best to make everyone happy. Nothing seemed like too much trouble for him. The hotel was also very clean, with a big pool and plenty of loungers. Breakfast was fresh and fabulous. I loved this little hotel. Thanks to Phu and the rest of the team for making our stay so memorable.

Phu at the front desk was especially helpful and kind, always ready with directions, suggestions, or help with whatever we needed. That made us feel very welcome. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well placed for exploring Hoi An. The staff were friendly throughout. I’d gladly stay at Paradise Hotel Hoi An again.

The room comfortably fit three of us and all our luggage. It was about a five-minute walk to the busy part of hoi an, and the breakfast was amazing. You can get eggs how you like them, and the omelette was especially good. The two men at reception were among the friendliest hotel staff I’ve met. They were always smiling and welcoming whenever we came back, whatever the hour, and couldn’t do enough for us. Thanks for a lovely, memorable stay. I’ll come back when I visit Vietnam again.

Everything was so clean, and the included breakfast was amazing. The team were warm and kind, and they let me have a later checkout since rooms were available, which I really appreciated. A special thank you to Phu for being so helpful and thoughtful. Incredible hotel, I’d come back a thousand times.

The old town is only a five-minute walk away, and the stay was great value. On arrival, they upgraded our rooms for free and gave us breakfast and snacks. The staff were so friendly and willing to do anything for us.
