The resort had activities for both kids and adults, and breakfast came with a wide, premium selection. It was one of the best hotels we stayed at: luxurious, quiet, and with great service from the staff.

We really appreciated Hannah at the front desk. She patiently helped us sort out our room bookings and even arranged a quick look inside the Quan Nam house. So grateful!

The casino connection at the entrance and elevator hallway felt out of step with the hotel's luxury atmosphere. Beyond that, our stay at Hoiana Hotel & Suites was extremely comfortable. The room had plenty of space, was nicely equipped, and the shower was one of the best I've used in a hotel. I've stayed at every property in the Hoiana complex, and this one stands out as the best. You can see the care in the details, befitting its flagship status. We were there for a special occasion, and the team made it feel memorable with a cake and decorations in the room. The à la carte breakfast was delicious and nicely presented. I'd have liked more local Vietnamese choices on the menu, though, for a bit more variety and local flavor. I thoroughly enjoyed the visit and would happily recommend it to anyone after a luxurious, relaxing stay in the Hoiana area.

The pool lifeguard was really helpful, and the staff in general were attentive and friendly. Our room was spacious, with a balcony and a stunning view. Breakfast and coffee tasted great, and the Chinese and Vietnamese food at the other restaurants was very nice too. The hair salon was reasonably priced, and casino members can get a discount. Free bicycles were available as well.

A beautiful place with such welcoming people. We had a wonderful stay and excellent service, with nothing to complain about. We'd recommend it 10/10.
