The room was clean and quite decent for what it cost. The location was really good, and the staff were great. Thanks!

I left my luggage here for six hours and was charged 100K vnd per piece. Airport B.S.S offers the same service for 78K VND. The reception area was unclean, and the guy working there came across as very arrogant. I'm not sure why.

⚠️ I'd booked four nights more than a month ahead, but they canceled my reservation one month before my trip. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the price was reasonable. It's in a great spot near the beach, though traffic noise is loud, which is normal for that location. The room wasn't very clean, and the beds were really uncomfortable.

The mattress springs were all busted, and there were ants on the table and in the bathroom. The shower sprinkler only worked at about 20% capacity, and the AC barely worked. When I asked at reception how to get to Hue, they had no clue. Maybe it was because the guy working there looked about 13 years old.
