The location was handy, about a five-minute walk from the Ancient town, near the entrance to Hoi An, with a gas station opposite and convenience stores nearby. My room was 213. It was dim, the bathroom layout was odd, and the toilet was dirty. There was no sound insulation, so I could hear the neighbors all night. The bathroom vent opened onto the main hallway, making it easy to tell from footsteps when people were coming and going. The hot water setup also felt dangerous. The pipe heated up fast, water droplets on it looked like they were boiling, and it sizzled through the shower. I’ve stayed in other three-star hotels with much higher standards. I only booked this one because Agoda had a last-minute deal.

I’ve stayed here several times. The staff are courteous, and even though a few small repairs are needed, it’s a great hotel for a very reasonable price 👍👍👍

The staff were pleasant, though only a few spoke English. The room was nice, and being one block from the beach was perfect. Breakfast could use some work, especially the eggs.
