The workers made our stay enjoyable, especially To (Autumn), who was one of the friendly staff. Our family of three stayed at John Boutique Villa for 2.5 days, and our seven-year-old son didn't want to leave. It felt like home, which we prefer to a luxurious but antiseptic hotel. The location was great, and it was a relaxing place to come back to, even if it wasn't perfect. The room was clean, though there was a slight mold smell. Keep the doors closed quickly to keep mosquitoes out.

The pool is great, and massage chairs are available in the lobby. The rooms are decent, though the beds in our double room were a little small. The hotel sits in a quieter part of Da Nang, which suited me. It's a bit more peaceful while still being closer to the beach.

I stayed for a week and found it clean, pleasant, and small in a nice way. The beach is only a few hundred meters away, but the hotel is tucked back enough to stay quiet in the evenings. The staff were friendly too. I've paid 10 times as much for places nowhere near as nice.

Tucked down a side street, this quaint little hotel is only a few hundred yards from a fantastic beach. The rooms were clean and spacious, the beds comfortable, and all the amenities were within walking distance. Staff were lovely and attentive, and the price was a bargain.

What made the stay memorable was how helpful everyone was. Hien (Hendrick) suggested visiting Hoi An village, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. Hoang pointed us toward a few cafes, and we loved them too. When we were rushing out for activities one day, housekeeping even washed the utensils we’d left behind after cooking. A big thank you to Thu, Kiet, Hien, and Hoang for all of it. We were welcomed warmly, the staff were friendly and quick to help with any issues, and I’d definitely stay here again if I came to Da Nang.
