It’s a budget-friendly place that’s decent and well-maintained, and the price feels fair for what you get. Being right in the Old Quarter is a big plus, with attractions, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. A practical choice if location and affordability matter more to you than luxury. 👌🏽

A comfortable bed and nice air conditioning made the stay pleasant, and the front desk staff were friendly. It’s a good spot if you want to be in the action in Hanoi’s Old Quarters, with the city places I wanted to see not too far away.

The staff were really friendly and polite, and the location puts you right in the middle of things. But the hotel itself isn’t very nice, and it’s extremely noisy. There’s exposed wiring and mould in the bathroom, plus loud music that carries into the room, so I’d avoid it if you want a good night’s sleep. We asked for a refund for the rest of our stay so we could go elsewhere. They said we could leave and maybe get the money back if they sold the room. For the price, you can probably find a better hotel. It’s okay if you stay here, just don’t expect luxury.

I was disappointed by how the hotel handled my request. Visa problems and travel restrictions meant I tried to change my arrival date and cancel, but I couldn’t get a helpful response. They insisted I contact them by phone, even though I couldn’t communicate with them that way. The staff seemed unresponsive and cold, which caused a lot of stress and inconvenience. I’ve managed to get refunds from other hotels without this trouble. I won’t recommend this hotel to friends or choose it for my next trip.
