On my first trip to Hanoi, I booked HOTEL HC LuXury for four days and three nights. Phuong Thuy, who worked as a receptionist, was so friendly. She arranged a motorbike rental for me and showed me around Hanoi for a day. My room was clean, comfortable, and looked nice, and TRAIN STREET COFFE, the viral spot, is nearby. I’ll book here again when I’m back in Hanoi. Thanks for your service, HC LUXURY APART.

I found the room relaxing, with a lovely view, and it was clean. The staff were enthusiastic and very handsome. Temple of Literature, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, and Hang Day Stadium were about a 10-minute walk away.

I was unhappy with several parts of my three-night stay, from April 13th to 16th, 2026. The hotel charged me for four nights instead of the three I stayed, and didn’t return the extra money after I complained. They also confirmed at check-in that they could issue an invoice, but later failed to provide one. The bed linens weren’t changed or laundered during my stay, and there was an unpleasant smell because the hotel is beside a garbage collection point. For what I paid, the experience didn’t measure up.
