The staff really made this one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Vietnam. Everyone was lovely, extremely helpful, quick to sort out any issues, and responsive on Whatsapp. We were there during a holiday, and they helped us work out what was open and book things. The rooms were nice and looked as expected from the photos. Just be aware that some balconies are surrounded by four walls, with no view, though I still enjoyed sitting there. Great location too. I'd recommend it.

The room was comfortable, and the bed especially so. Staff were welcoming and very helpful throughout the stay. Hoi An's center is easy to reach from here, but the location stays quiet and peaceful at night.

We didn't want to leave and wished we could stay longer. The room, 302, was spacious, with a huge circular rattan sun bed, and the air conditioning worked well on our very hot first day. There are sun beds beside the small lounging pool at the front. Breakfast was included, delicious, and had lots of choice. The staff were caring, friendly, and happy. Great value, and we'd definitely recommend the hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the owner was friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again if I come back to Hoi An.
