An Villa has six lovely rooms now that it's reopened. The largest ones have an attached lounge and are exquisite; the smaller boutique-style rooms are comfortable and warm too. Each has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a small balcony. The ground floor has a clean, modern, comfortable dining and common area where breakfast is available, plus a wraparound pool. The location is great, close to the sea and the Coconut River area, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. For me, the best part was the friendly, lovely, intelligent owner and staff. And there's a magnificent, cute kitten with an amazing coat who played with me constantly.

The family running the hotel were warm and welcoming, and helped us get around the area. They also own a restaurant, tailor, spa and shop, so it was nice meeting other siblings in the area. The place felt like a little palace, with clean rooms, air con and really clean, elegant showers. I'd definitely recommend it to family and friends, and plan to stay again.

Tee and her family were a pleasure to stay with at this awesome place in hoi an. They went way beyond what we expected to make the stay better than my family and I had dreamed of, and were happy to help with anything.
