6/10
The staff were friendly, and the Wi-Fi was good. The room was a good size, especially the first one we originally booked, and it's within walking distance of the night market and beach. The pool is in the restaurant/reception area. They clean every day, but never cleaned inside the toilet or shower. There were no kitchen tools when we arrived; they provided some basic cooking tools when we asked, which was useful. We had a broken airco, but they fixed it the same day and offered a temporary room, which was nice. The main issue was construction next door in mid april, with drilling and hammering starting at 6.45 or 7 in the morning. We changed rooms after three nights, but you can hear it throughout the whole building. They said it would be finished soon, though I'm not sure when. I wish the hotel had told us before we arrived. Once the next door construction is done, it's a nice place to stay for that price.

Ly Ly was nice and helpful. I really enjoyed the hotel, especially its great location and pool and sauna. I'll come back again.

8/10
The bike rental was a real plus for getting around, though the bikes could use some work. I had a tire blow out a couple of hours from the hotel, and the staff helped by paying half the replacement cost, which I appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location made getting to popular sights fairly easy. Everyone was friendly and attentive throughout my stay. I'd consider staying at King House Villa again when I'm back in Da Nang.
