The host at Phuc Thao Villa was very nice, and breakfast was good. Our room felt spacious and airy, with a pleasant shower and good AC. But for the price of one night, I expected it to be cleaner: there was some mold and three spiders, and the bathroom had no soap or toilet paper until I asked.

We've come back to Kivi Homestay several times and plan to return again. Our second-floor room had a balcony and lots of privacy, and the owner was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. It's a lovely place if you want to get away from noise and crowds.

The rooftop terrace is worth getting up to for sunset. Thuong welcomed me so warmly that I felt at home right away, and the homestay was cozy and comfortable. My room was spotless and thoughtfully set up. The hospitality made the stay memorable, and I'd happily recommend this place.

The hostess was lovely and ready to help with anything. I stayed four nights while traveling around Vietnam, and the homestay was beautiful. My room was clean and pleasant, with good AC. The location worked well too, with easy trips to the center by Grab or bike. I'd recommend it.

For two people, we paid almost exactly 10€ including a small breakfast, so it was a bargain and we didn't expect much. The bed was very comfortable, but the room needs attention: a couple of insects, a dirty fridge, a huge spider web in the bathroom, and a balcony door that wouldn't lock properly. With so many places to stay in Hoi An, I wouldn't come back.
