We had to get a refund for two nights. There was mold all over the toilet, five cockroaches by the sink, and more showed up the next morning. Ants were coming out of the wooden furniture, and odd cocoon-like insects were hanging from the ceiling. Housekeeping had also left someone’s socks in the closet before our stay.

The pool was good, but the rest of the stay wasn’t satisfactory, and I wouldn’t recommend this place for a holiday. There were dirty areas throughout the room, and the staff management needs work. Service was disappointing too. Sometimes I’d say hello and get no response.

We were shown a room with used cotton swabs under the bed, crumbs on the wall by the bed, and a terrible smell from the toilet. It seemed to have had only a surface clean. Cleanliness was a major problem throughout. There was also only one bed, even though the Airbnb listing clearly showed two. At reception, they were rude and dismissive, saying that was just how things were, and offered no alternative. After we kept asking, the manager got involved and promised a discount for the wrong room type. Several days after checkout, and after following up more than once, the refund still hadn’t come through. Now our messages are being ignored. The photos don’t reflect the rooms guests actually get, and the way complaints were handled felt arrogant and disrespectful. With the poor cleaning, broken promise and misleading listing, I can’t recommend the place. I honestly don’t understand the five-star reviews. I’d give zero stars if I could.

The rooftop pool was the highlight for me. It has a spacious area to sit, and the views are well worth it. The water isn’t very deep, around 1.6M. I booked a family suite, which was nice and roomy.
