LaDa's House Da Nang

It felt like a cozy guesthouse, with a warm, homey atmosphere, rather than a standard hotel. There was a cute dog in the lobby, and we really enjoyed seeing the koi fish on the property. The location was excellent for walking to Dragon Bridge, Han Market, and popular local restaurants. One time, a ceramic soap dispenser in the shower accidentally fell and broke, causing a minor injury. The staff responded kindly and professionally, replaced it quickly, and reassured us that everything was okay. We appreciated how they handled it. The stay was comfortable and enjoyable, especially if you like a more relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

We used the place for a half day before our late night flight, and it gave us a chance to enjoy downtown Da Nang one last time, visit Lan-gio Restaurant and the Pink Church, then relax at a nearby cafe. It was a great place to rest and recharge before heading home, even though we didn't stay overnight. Highly recommended for Korean travelers. The room was spacious and well air-conditioned, and the amenities were decent. There was a bit of a musty smell from the humidity, which seemed somewhat unavoidable. On the ground floor there's a pool, plus a cute dog, turtles, and a rabbit. The fourth floor has a swing and some board games, a fun spot to hang out.

We only stayed one day and found the place a bit late, which was a shame. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were super kind. It's close to good food spots, markets, and the cathedral. If we're back in Da Nang, and I'm sure we will be ❤️, we'll definitely come again.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and service was quick. Porky, the resident French pug, was always chained whenever he was around during the day. I felt he was quite a poor thing. The location was good for walking to Dragon Bridge and lots of eateries and cafes. Our room was a reasonable size for two, but the balcony door wouldn't lock. There was only a day curtain, so lots of light came in by 6AM in Da Nang. The bathroom was small and old, and the shower curtain only came down to knee height, leaving the whole bathroom wet after each shower.
