The Blue Alcove

We were stuck at 3am, and the receptionist woke up to help us get a room. So kind, thank you! The hotel felt peaceful and comfortable, and the Hoi An location was perfect. It was also much nicer than some nearby hotels. You can tell the people running it really care about the place.

I spent seven peaceful nights here. It was my favorite hotel of our Vietnam trip.

We planned on three nights, then stayed for eight. It was easy to walk to the beach and local restaurants, and the Old Town was just a quick 10-minute Grab ride away. Our family room was spacious, and they added a floor mattress for our third child at no extra charge. The room was cleaned daily, with plenty of bath and pool towels. We also made good use of the big table and chairs in the common area when ordering dinner in. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. We’d definitely recommend it.

The room was so spacious, tastefully decorated, and full of natural light. The area around it was quiet and pleasant. I was sad to leave, but the water heater had broken and they couldn’t get it fixed in time. They also had a solar heater, though the cloudy weather meant the water didn’t warm up. We moved somewhere a bit pricier that was nowhere near as spacious or comfortable. I’d love to stay here again.
