The staff were extremely friendly and always said hello and goodbye. We also liked the location, with plenty of coffee shops and grocery stores nearby. I'd stay again. The studio was massive and very clean, with lots of free toiletries and dishwasher soap. We used the kitchenette, though a bread knife and a strainer would've been useful. I assume most people don't use the kitchen area. The room was otherwise faultless, but the bathroom design cost it a star: there are large gaps between the bath and wall, and between the shower glass and bath. Water collects in the gap and then runs onto the floor.

After nearly a year of traveling, I spent a month at Lagom Boutique Hotel and found it a real refuge. The whole team was courteous, professional, and ready to help. My grandchildren call Da Nang chill, and that relaxed feeling comes through at Lagom Boutique Hotel. It went beyond what I expected. Thank you.

Joyce and Thao deserve a special thank you for sorting everything out so quickly and smoothly. The service was friendly, helpful, and really professional. After Thailand, where things seemed to take ages to get fixed or handled, Danang felt great. I love the Vietnamese attitude, and this is a lovely hotel!

The room we got didn’t line up with what we’d booked and what the website described. The staff understood the problem and helped resolve it without any trouble. Good customer service, and the rooms are nice.

I felt right at home here, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. The studio was cozy, spotless, and had a roomy balcony where I could relax or get some work done. WiFi was fast and steady for remote work, and the beach and plenty of nice restaurants were just a short walk away. Just perfect. I’ll be back, and thanks for everything!
